Program Description
Dropstat sends SMS messages on behalf of healthcare facilities to facilitate workforce management and scheduling. Messages may include, but are not limited to:
Shift assignments and updates
Schedule alerts
Staffing requests and availability inquiries
Responses to user-initiated questions or support requests
These messages are strictly operational and conversational in nature and are not promotional or marketing.
Consent
SMS messages are sent only to individuals who have provided prior express consent. Consent may be collected verbally, via written agreement, or through direct interaction with Dropstat or the associated healthcare facility.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies depending on your scheduling activity, staffing needs, user interaction, or support needs.
Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply; please contact your mobile carrier for pricing information. Dropstat does not charge a fee for sending or receiving text messages.
Carrier Disclaimer
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Opt-Out Instructions
You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message.
After you send the SMS message “STOP,” you will receive a confirmation message that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from Dropstat unless you opt in again.
If you wish to resume receiving SMS messages after opting out, you may re-enroll by providing consent again through your healthcare facility or Dropstat.
